Loctite 7649 Primer is a solvent-based primer that features very longon-part life of 30 days.  Use to speed the cure of all Loctite brand anaerobic products and ensure proper cure on inactive metals.  Ideal for cure conditions below room temperature.  Dries in 30-70 seconds.  Mil-S-22473FC, NSF/ANSI 61, NSF P1, and CFIA tested and approved.  7649 Primer contains a copper salt chemical compound, has a mild acrylic odor and is a pre-adhesive primer.
