     ANSI Class 3 vests are used in occupational activities where risk levels exceed Class 2 vests where:  1.  Traffic in the areas of workers exceed 50 mph  2.  Workers have a high task load and in clear danger.  3.  Worker must be noticeable throughout all ranges of body movement and identifiable as a person from 1280 ft.
