Bolts-Grades 5 & 8, Hex Head Cap Screws

SAE Grades 5 and 8 Hex Head Cap Screws are stocked in both coarse and fine thread. They are Dura-Plated, clear and yellow to provide added corrosion protection. MPI's cap screws are rolled and threaded to a Class 2-A thread fit and are made in North America to meet or exceed SAE J429 specifications. They are also Department of Defense approved. Grade markings and the manufacturers symbol are stamped on the head as shown below. Certifications and destructive test results available upon request.
